37 races later I’ve ended up with 26 podiums and 14 wins including-
1st overall at Glentress 7 with @garethmontgomerie.
2nd at the Scottish XC mountain bike championships.
2nd at the Scottish CX championships.
3rd at the Scottish criterium championships.
11th at the British elite XCC championships.
16th at the British elite XCO championships.
1st in two rounds of the British XC series expert category.
Also managing to move up to second category for road cycling and elite for XC mountain biking.
Big thanks to @studiovelo1 for giving me the opportunity to give XC mountain biking a go this year, the @scottsportsuk Scott Scale done me well. And for literally keeping the wheels turning on all my bikes this year.
Also to @sportssolutions_ for the PT and coaching for the year, and making sure I didn’t run myself in to the ground.
And last but certainly not least @rebecca_saund who came to all but 3 of my races this year, she was there for all the highs and all the lows, also being the pit crew, roller transportation, spare wheels carrier, being in the feed stations with bottles and occasionally getting some half decent photos.
